Expressions aren't working

No matter which character i use, the facial expressions don't work for some reason. Do you have any solution for this problem?

Expression sliders or expression poses? Which figure - the Genesis 8.1 figues don't use the Genesis 8 base expressions, which means poses and sliders that rely on those don't work.

Expression poses.None of them is working. I'm using a Genesis 8 female character and it has it's own  expression pack.

And do its sliders appear and work? They are under Pose Controls in the Parameters pane

I can only control the whole head.

You mean there are no sldiers at all under the Pose Controls group for expressions? That's at the end of the list, not the basic Transforms near the top.
