How to update, uninstall, or reinstall LIE? I think it's broken.

I have a product that requires LIE.  When I apply one the products mats, it says: 

The following files could not be found:

runtime/textures/vendor/product/Á.jpg

I'm guessing that LIE needs to be updated, installed, reinstalled, uninstalled or something.  

I have DAZ 4.15.0.2 installed.  I have a DAZ content runtime folder that has been around through many DAZ versions, so I wonder if LIE is messed up in my content folder? How do I reinstall it?

    LIE as far as I know is completely built into DS so you cant reinstall it by itself.  But thats not the problem anyway.  The image map is missing/misplaced, what product is it and maybe someone can check it out to make sure its right.

    Yea, it's the product.

    Forget it, this product sucks anyways, it's not even worth looking into.
