Old scenes in saved in camera view get opened in perspective view

I saved a lot of older scenes and want to render them now with a batch renderer.

The problem is that these old scenes all get opened in perspective view despite being saved with the camera active. 

Even the preview thumbnail shows the camera view.

I don't want to render these scenes all manually. 

Is there a solution for my problem?

    I have a lot of the same issues. Things no comming back as they were saved.

    If you're using the ManFriday's Render Queue there's a discussion here. Much of it is about camera issues.

    Do you have the viewport set as Iray? Try changing it to something else and it should fix it.. at least it did for me.

    No, the viewport is set to texture shaded in my case.
