  • After importing your clothes you have to fine tuning them. Search for JCM's - the joint control morphs you will have to create. Its about weight mapping and so on. A kind of rocket science ;) but there are tutorials to learn all that stuff.

Hello I'm pretty new to Daz and I would like to make my clothes items conformed and worked well with poses and animations inside Daz and game Engines (Unity) like the defualt clothes inside wardrobe in daz.

I have tried JCM but not worked in unity and also JCM work manually in Daz. How can I make my custom clothes simulate with poses and animation in both Daz and Unity like defualt clothes from Daz, need anyway??????????

    Thanks in advance.

I have no clue about Unity, but if the clothes work properly in DAZ like the default clothes you should be able to send them over the bridge - assuming you are able to bring them (the defaults) to work in Unity...

Is that one better than this one by Esha? https://www.daz3d.com/daz-studio-content-creation-mastery-part-6-rigging-and-morphing-clothing-items

I have the one i linked and it's quite good.

  • @lilweep All tutorials by Esha are really great. Especially for this topic. Your link is more in-depth and my link is the simplified version...
