Character interferes with other character morphs

I have this character https://www.daz3d.com/tenley-for-genesis-81-female and ever since I installed this character it interferes with the morphs of other characters.

I have taken her out of the data folder, the people and runtime folder, but I also installed her in Smart Content but I do not find her there to remove it.

Maybe I am doing it wrong, but I really want to have this character removed.

Rather than delete uninstall - for Connect find the product in the Products tab of Smart Content or the Products list in the Content Library and right-click on the container.

If I could find it in there, I would do that.
