Top Toolbar disappeared

The top toolbar/navigation bar has disappeared. Yesterday when I tried to start up Daz 4.15 the program wouldn't run. I shrugged it off and decided to reboot later. This morning I rebooted and the when I tried to start the program it started right up. But now the toolbar from the top of the screen disappeared. It's the one with the first 8 or so tools under the Tools tab.
Anyone know how I can get it back? I really don't want to go to the tab each time I want to use a tool.

Now and then when D/S rarely acts up, select a different layout - then go back to your preferred layout. Everything should be back as desired.
Thanks, Catherine. Never knew about the layouts. I saw a little something in the user guide but didn't understand it. It turns out what I was using was the City Limits Lite layout.
