up to now, high-heel shoes i made were props
because my attempts to make "real" shoe figures resulted in bent heels.
but i learned what was needed and here you go, real Over-The-Knee boots for Aiko3

eventually, soon-ish enough, i will post a version, or an add-on with gold buttons and straps

the most important change was to exclude the heel from the bend-space of the toes

then widen the foot's influence sphere so that it enCompasses the heels

Another nice pair of shoes. I'm almost certain you missed your calling becoming a fashion designer!

    thanks!
the design is not by me though, if you google-image-search for "Supra Fifre"
you'll see the real ones, whicha re presently $270 instead of $1600
so in this case, my contribution is the adaptation to Aiko3 and the 3D realm
i found a web page where something like 80 celebs were spotted wearing them !
best photos are found with the keywords Aguilera Fifre

Nicely done, any pointers on where you got your study material..please.? I am going to model some shoes for Daz and it would be nice to have some good tips from the outset.

    some major reshaping was done
    release date is still vague
    rumors abound
but they're not related to the release date of the boots
    sources say this and that

the neat dress for Aiko3 and other things, even some for Michael3 are from http://poserg.sakura.ne.jp/vue/index.cgi

It's very easy to get caught in the trap of making something better... but there's always something you could do better. Remember: "Perfect" is the enemy of "Good".

Are there any actual problems with the boots as they exist now?

"Aeroplane is always safe on ground but it is not intended to run on ground, to achieve great heights it has to be fly higher and higher !"
So always try to make the things better though it involves risks !

making a figure instead of a prop, takes longer.
i have to model the shoes like ( B ) to get them to look like (C) once Aiko puts them on
and after dozens of tweaks the shape got a little bumpy, as in (A)
but i fixed that issue yesterday

as they are now there's still problems that appear when Aiko twists her thighs or shin ( D )

and the UV/texture map is not done yet (E)

also Aiko didn't finish doing boots balancing tests (F)

    maybe today!

i fixes the back-of-the-thigh issue and the sole

now, if i do the UV map, i think i have something i can release

... oops there's also the 2 or 3 morphs i want to add so they fit different Aiko variations

guess the release will be tomorrow
got to add 2 or 3 morphs
and include the optional buttons and straps
maybe also add a morph for platform height and heel length

    Gangnam Style !

since i didn't put much work in this (meaning an hour) i am not responsible for any side effects caused by viewing this

    (ok maybe 2 hours )

( also, please note that Aiko did this voluntarily )

( if you have no idea what this is about then YouTubeSearch for "Psy - Gangnam Style MV" )

the UV mapping of the boot is done
it's not ideal but it's usable
( mostly for, say, adding a bump map for wrinkles )

now before publishing , i have to add morphs to the upper part of the boot and stockings

who knows, it may even be possible to use the boots with the Victorias

, so, today or tomorrow seems to be possible release dates

the 4th image is a victory dance for the fact that the boots work well with all (except one) of the Aiko3 Aikiyu poses

    welcome!

next challenge is to add undistorted buttons and straps

i think i'll make them zero-sized, and inflate them using a morph
to the foot and toe bending wont warp them
