You can't get daz studio by itself anymore? I have to download central?

WTF is daz central? I had it downloaded a while ago have no use for it had to delete daz studio because I was having problems didn't have the old install file, reinstalled old daz central and still have no daz studio. I want daz studio and only daz studio what the hell is this daz central crap is this to try to control how we use the figures and props?

    DazCentral is a "simpler" version of Install Manager aimed at beginners which want an easy way to install everything without having to handle various settings.

    You can still install DS with DIM or manually. For manual install, go to the "Product library" of "My account" here, and search for "Daz Studio 4.x Pro"

    For some weird reason it (DC) doesn't recognize a number of installed assets as installed.

    Assets it had installed? Single assets or parts of a product bundle - some things, such as Daz Studiio itself, get bundled into a single group in Daz Central and it will show that bundled group as needing updating fior any one item that isn't installed/requires an update.

    They were installed by the DIM. I had to move (and backup) hard drives, leading me to utilize DC.

    It's there in DS ready to use, though!

    Ah, so do you still have the original database from the older installation - by default it would be on the C: drive, in

    %AppData%/daz 3d/cms/contentcluster/

    Sorry, was DC Daz Connect or Daz Central? I think I was assuming the former previously.
