10000 times tried to download Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials and always file corrupt.
I cant use my purchased files.

Open ticket and not response.

I can not believe this is f***ing unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you downloading from your Product Library page or with the DAZ Install Manager?

Are you using the DIM or downloading manually

If you are downloading manually and have a failed download then you need to make sure that your browser cache is completely cleared before you try another download, as otherwise the download will fail at about the same point each time you try.

Always clear your cache if a download fails.

i tried with manager and nothing...manually with internet esplore - firefox - chrome... everytimes clear the cache.. and everytime corrupt file :O

What is your browser and the connection's speed? What are the specifications of your Firewall and antivirus? What error are you getting: "cannot open as archive", the download breaks in the middle or what? If you give more information, we will be more likely to be able to help somehow.

connection is very fast adsl 20mb (and work fine) antivirus is disabled
when i try to extract i have this error (see the screeen image)

I wonder if there is a bad copy cached en route - perhaps at your ISP. If so there's probably not a lot you can do other than wait for it to clear, unless you can try a different connection (library, or work/school say).
