GenX2 Unusable?

Ok, so I've tried to transfer character morphs from two M4 characters to G2M and both times they've been utter rubbish. Now I accept that I probably must be doing something wrong so either I'm not understanding the instructions I've received so far or they are wrong somehow.

The first character morphs I tried to convert didn't transfer to the eyes so they didn't transform in G2M and remained sunken. The second character morphs just applied to the mouth and jaw so I ended up with G2M with its teeth jutting through its face.

I'm really disappointed that I can't master this software after having transformed all my M4/V4 skins to G2M/F so easily. Please can anyone help me understand why the morphs won't transfer correctly. Maybe I'm asking in the wrong forum? Where can I get support for this product?
