Viewing Unsupported Paramaters

I have two installations of DAZ Studio on two different machines.

On one machine, I can view all Paramaters, whether they are supported by the item I have selected or not. I obviously did something. This allows me to sometimes do things with items on that machine I cannot duplicate on my other machine. Most notably is scaling in any direction, as well as rotations and other fun things.

On my other machine, I cannot view these parameters if the item in question doesn't say I can.

How can I modify the Parameter window to view all parameters? I obviously figured it out once, but I think that was more accident than anything else. Beginners dumb luck and all. ;) I would really like to replicate that on my more powerful machine.

    In the options menu for the Parameters pane (rectangle with horizontal lines in the upper corner) check "Show Hidden Parameters".
