Genesis 2 M/F Morphs list?

Hi all. I'm thinking about making the switch to Genesis 2. What holds me back is the puny list of morphs available.
My Genesis 1 is a powerhouse of morphs. Where it be from skins, downloads, custom morphs, GenX transphers, or what have you.
I can create virtually any body I want with genesis, but it lacks polygons... "Literally the only reason I'm thinking about making the switch" hehe
I have GenX2 but I don't know how accurate the morphs will transfer to G2 so I reserve moving them.
I wish I knew more about Genesis 2. I'm so involved with Genesis that G2 is foreign to me.
I reserved moving to G2 for a long time, waiting for morphs. I don't see much out there from what I can tell.
What's all out there?

Also another thing that might help is a list of normal clothing.
As entertaining as it may be to remake xena the princess warrior 50,000 times I think that card has been overplayed, badly....
I get sick of seeing nothing but warrior outfits for genesis 2.
I wish I knew of normal clothing. Stuff of modern times. Typical, Walt-mart brand clothing. LOL! The stuff your wearing right now...
I currently own more morphs for Genesis 2 than I do for Genesis 1, if that's any indicator. There are absolutely tons of them, though it might not be easily apparent because they're split between male and female figures now. Genesis 2 supports the older Genesis 1 wardrobe, and most of it autofits very nicely without trouble. There's also a good amount of 'normal' clothing available for both figures.
Generation X2 can be used to convert morphs to and from Genesis 2, and they're strikingly accurate as well. This is largely because of the extra polygons Genesis 2 has. It's far easier to model something with the same or more vertices accurately than is to reduce the resolution and still keep the appearance, which is why many of the Generation 4 morphs weren't quite as true to form.
I was originally a skeptic over Genesis 2, but it's won me over and become my go-to figure for most if not all my work. If nothing else, it's free to take a look at. The basic models might not include as many morphs as the older Genesis, but that's largely due to it being split between two figures and the removal of the Basic child morph.
Morphs make my computer run slow, so I needed to be judicious in what I transferred from gen 1
I was pretty successful at moving most of the heads and bodies I wanted from gen 1, since I tend to prefer them to gen 2 head morphs for men. I found though, in the process that I prefer most of the body shapes already existing in gen 2, so with a few exceptions, I tend to use only the facial head morphs.
Agree about Xena-esque fantasy garb. Since I don't do fantasy renders I can't use that content.
O.o
A third of my store is morphs that build on morphs that DAZ did, and DAZ has done a LOT of morphs for Genesis 2. You've got the Victorias and Michaels and Head and Body morphs, but there's also Gianni, Olympia, Gia, Lee, Mei Lin, Aiko 6, Jayden, Josie, Belle, Brodie, Giselle, Stephanie, Lilith, and the Creature Creators. Genesis 1 never even had Creature Creator legs, tails and wings; Genesis 2 has geograft accessories not only for the CC set but also for Lilith (who has wings, horns and a snake tail!).
And that's only the official morphs. Slosh has a full set of legacy characters (Freak 4, Aiko 4, etc.) for Genesis 2 Males and Females. There's Massive, Swole, Boris, there's all the tons of add-ons and characters Fuseling and I have done. Genesis 2 is easier to morph than Genesis 1 was (building gendered characters on an androgynous base is difficult), so it's easier for us vendors to make content for it. Heck, my latest, Big Beautiful Genesis 2 Females, would've been all but impossible without Genesis 2 (and the HD technology, which you will also find does not exist for G1).
I had to be won over to the split figure base, but there's just so much more that we can do with it - and have done with it - that I now can't imagine ever going back. With Cross-Figure I can basically use everything on both figures, so lack of male support isn't even an issue.
i'm still hoping the M4 muscularity will be made for G2m
I'll try to get more into it, but I'm not a "inject morph and go" type of person. I'm talking about extreme fine tuning, I have Belle, which is ok.. I guess, but I'm still not happy with that. When I say morphs I don't mean dial in Alko 4 and go. I'm more less talking about rib morphs, very fune tuned eye morphs, chin morphs... A basic injection morphs is far far from my standards of acceptable body work. Anywhoo, those are the "morphs" I'm looking for. The basic outline of a character is nice. I use them... but they are just an outline for my detailing... You see?
I didn't create this woman by dialing in a V4 morph and clicking render. hehe

Mixing all of the massive list of default FBMs with the Head and Body morphs can create thousands of characters, and unlike with V4 you won't break fit forever if you use one that's less supported in clothes (because of autoconform). And after that -
Every set I do is made from a list of PBMs that can be used for customization. Fuseling does some of this, too. I have sets of fantasy and ethnic face and eye morphs for mixing and matching; and there's also Thorne's entire store of morph resource kits with a LOT of extra body morphs. Fellow PA's, sorry if I missed anyone who does lots of modular morphs, and please feel free to speak up - there's a lot in the store to choose from!
i need more nose morphs for gianni. beaky noses, honkers, etc
and some back morphs for like shoulder blade movement.
Just need the same ones I always want-
Remove the temple squeeze form gen 2 male
Fix the pecs
Make it so the chubby and other morphs apply to the top half of the head.
Transfer the flatter less cleavagy breast morphs to gen 2 men from m4 and m5.
Fix the hooded brow on m6.
Well, after GenXing my Genesis 1 morphs to G2F... She wont load. It just sits there on (Reading Assets)
too many morphs makes DAZ load and start slowly, which is a problem with porting over gen 1 morphs. Try loading only a few and see if you have the same issue.
sadly I had to really curb my love of morph sets because of the lag they cause when installed or only install as needed.
K I'm trying to figure this G2 out. I have the youth morphs for G2M & F.
I was curious if anyone has come up with some good combos for males and females.
They seem to work but I can't help but to notice the basic morph alone is pretty inaccurate, somewhat goofy looking. lol
Much better then K4 I'll give it that. K4 was just atrocious looking. Like a little monster. hehe
A lot of my morphs are custom, from zbrush. The thing I struggle most with is faces in Zbrush.
So I need lots of good face morphs to make them look half human.
I've made a chart showing a number of popular and useful morph sets for Genesis 2 M and F, and other figures:
The Morph Matrix
Keep in mind that it's not intended to be a complete list; there are many other sets available too.
