Hi,
I have used Daz DIM (windows) in the past with no issue, however, after being forced to update DIM to latest version, I am able to log into my account (via Dim), but when attempting to download products, I am getting "WARNING: SSL Error: 11 - The issuer certificate of a locally looked up certificate could not be found"'
I did find an old thread about the issue, but no solution was shown/posted.
What I find most annoying, is that the product I am attempting to download "Fluidos II", I am able to directly download the content/tutorials (from my account), but the actual plugin is only available via DIM.
Hope someone can help.

Still no joy with this.
My PC with DS installed is offline, so I usually download either via DIM or the zips. Move the files to the Offline PC and install via DIM on that PC.
The PC OS I use for internet is either Win7 (32 bit) or linux_mint.
So having to use win7(32) for DIM, I have looked at all options (that I can think of)
DIM:- will not download files.
DAZ connect (offline files). I downloaded the offline files for "Connect" But does not work for the offline PC. This appears to need DS to connect at least once to DAZ before it will function.
DAZcentral: Windows 64 bit only.
I have put in a ticket, but would think I will need to get a refund.
On Windows 10, I found a fix:
1: Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options
2: Go to the 'Content' tab on the windows that opens.
3: Click 'Clear SSL state'
