Checkout issues??

Trying to checkout before the sale ends... is there an issue? Try with PayPal & also cc but keeps coming back there is an error processing my order??

    What have you got in your cart?

    Sometimes Paypal has a problem with the names of items/products (it happened with the Cleopatra Bundle - Paypal flagged the word "Cleopatra" as dodgy/linked to crime).

    It might be easier for you to buy a Gift Card (via Paypal), then buying your items with store credit.

    There are some steps to try that can help with Paypal and credit card errors:

    1. Clear cache and cookies.

    2. Delete and re-add the credit card on your account.

    3. Ensure the name and billing address on your account match the name and address associated with your payment method.

    4. Remove any special characters from the name and address fields on your account (i.e. ~, ', :).

    5. Antivirus or firewall settings could be blocking the transaction. At your discretion you can turn off/disable firewalls.

    6. Attempt to run your browser as an administrator.

    I got this yesterday when checking out, despite the swirly, selecting card etc. and checking out worked fine.  Just did a test, it's still there.
