IDG Iray Essentials for Genesis 8 Vol 2

I don't see the point here. Can someone please show some reners using the IDG Iray Essentials and some of the same scenes with no lighting effects And maybe once more where you optimize the lighting?

    It's not a lighting set, it's a materials set. They went through and made adjustments to the shader settings for the base characters and packaged them up. Each of the promos is a base skin and their adjusted version, then there are a couple side by side comparisons at the end of all the included characters.

    ?OK? I see slight differences in tans and some with no difference. How does this make the characters look "like they are part of thye same world" and what did they not before?

    Sometimes the base character materials don't mesh well with one another if you put them in a scene together. This is a remedy for that.

    Yeah. Sometimes you will load up two different characters and one will look yellow and one will look sickly grey. They will look like aliens to each other. But in the real world that never happens, and people's different skin tones mesh well together. I think that's what they mean by "the same world."
