Why would saving versions of my props at 0,0,0 effect a full load scene version

OK, I am attempting to create a produst for submission here. Step one I assembled, textured and rigged etc the full scenes. I used the save as > support asset > scene asset. They all loaded perfect. Today I have been working on saving out singular props at 0,0,0 with save as > support asset > scene asset in their own folders. Now, I just loaded up the full scene and to my dismay, everything I made 0,0,0 versions of, are now in 0,0,0 there too! Why would it be changing stuff in a saved scene like that? I didn't use those full scene loads to create my 0,0,0 loads, I had them each saved into their own scene saves with nothing else in it. This is like a week of work down the drain.

individual props should be saved as support asset>figure/prop assets, not scenes or scene subsets. Later, groups of previously saved prop assets can be positioned and saved as a scene subset.
Welp, I was able to fix my populated scene a lot faster than I thought. I am gonna start zipping everything all the time now for even quicker fixes. Only two days wasted I guess. It will not let me save my stuff as figure/props, as it's not triax rigged. The stuff that is rigged is using the simple rigging, as it's only simple stuff like opening doors/windows. Most of the stuff is like furnature etc and stuff with no rigging needed.
