Todays light sets not punchable?

The Architectural Lighting Rig and Rim Light Rig did not give punches when purchased. Were they supposed to? I thought I got them off the punchable page but not sure if it was that page or the Shop page. If they are new releases and not punchable, why aren't they?

    Didn't receive a punch for the GOM male morphs either. Probably related to the punch meters not having been reset back to 0 yet.
