I've had a ticket in the queue since Thursday about a pretty major Gift Certificate I paid for and never received. Got the acknowledgement the ticket was received on Friday, but nothing since then. Being we are talking several hundred dollars here, anybody know of any way to expedite someone looking at it? I sort of have my whole months budget for DAZ riding on it.

I understand your concern, but if the ticket wasn't entered into the system until Friday they've not yet had two full working days (it's currently coming up to 1PM at DAZ). If you don't get a reply today let me know.

Ah, good. I was just going to see what the waiting time was at the moment.
Speaking of timing ;) BTW - that certificate was for $500, which is why I was starting to climb the walls over it. Generally I just let things take their natural time...
