RIP New Items not Included in (highly incentivized) Sale

Sometimes I feel bad for the Daz PAs. I wonder if they get any choice of when their products are released. Some times definitely seem more advantageous than others.
With a month-long sale going on, and people guarding their coins for the most advantageous purchases, surely new items not associated with the big incentives of the sale get the shaft.
(Post edited to reflect incentives rather than sales. Since there's the "MSRP" price in black that no one ever pays, the "sale" price that's just the regular 30%-40% normal price, and then actual incentivized sales that are less than the normal purchase price. I think I didn't word this well when I initially posted it.)

I didn't even know there were new items not in the sale. Example?
Are there not? Maybe it's just a lack of premiere positioning that made some things escape my notice. Or maybe there's just too much for me to take in all at once. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
My thoughts also. Would be interested in examples also.
There are always going to be items in promo images that are not part of the package, the sale or even sold in this store.
Unless a new item is part of the daily promo/sale, they generally aren't eligible for any sales - other the the 2 week initial pricing - until after their 60 day new status
Sales often have really good incentives for buying one of a select few brand-new releases. It just seems like so far, there are a ton of new releases at the "regular" discount with no additional invcentive. I know I've bought items I didn't particularly want just for the incentive. And I've passed on items I really wanted because there was no incentive.
My point is, I'm wondering if PAs get caught up in the luck of the draw as to when their products gets released. Maybe it's you-win-some, you-lose-some.
I just bought a 2 new items for sale that were released today. I bought 2 new items released for sale yesterday & the day before too. All had the introductory sale price discount as usual and a couple add additional PC+ Sale Extravaganza (or whatever it's called) discounts as well. I don't think the sale is hurting PA sales that much although in the usual yearly PA Sales Extravanganza they probably get many more sales than for a PC+ Sales Extravaganza. Big businesses with big budgets don't dork around waiting for sales in any event, they buy what they need, when they need, as employee time and other resource costs are much more expensive.
