rendering in viewport

I noticed that I now have the option to do a quick render in viewport... I also noticed that when rendering the hair on my subject looks somewhat transparent.. How do I correct this ??    I think viewport rendering is a great idea as I will usually go into Gimp or Clip studio  after..

    Is this the nVidia Iray Drawstyle, or Filament?

    here is what I am talking about.... Same result when I use 3D delight   ..Yet on stage hair looks solid... I  really like this simple render option .for quick easy stuff to send to other programs.....
