Yesterday's Platinum Club Plus Sale Promo Pic Female in Blue Dress - Who Is She?

Per the title, the beautiful gal in the blue dress yesterday's (6/6) PC+ sale - anyone know who she is?

I'd post a pic, but I refreshed the page and boom the background changed, I was in Edge and don't see a way to get the pic out of cache.

The character looks similar Victoria 8.1 too, but in the first one her eye makeup is very dark, and I'm not sure V8.1 comes with that. Could be a different skin or another makeup added to it, maybe? I think maybe V8.1 has been partially used and someone else has also been dialed in. Just a guess.

I'm pretty sure the character is (perhaps a tweaked?) V8.1. The textures definitely are. and the mrph is definitely used as well, the eyes look like thhey might have been enlarged slightly?

I think her chest is bigger too.

Looks like a kitbash of Victoria 8.1 and Jacqueline 8.1.

 Yeah, could be that too.  Looked closely at the promo character and Victoria 8.1, the nose is definitely different.  Her nose is more like Jacqueline 8.1's.
