My recent purchase isn't showing up in install manager.

I purchased Ladybug outfit for G2 Female and Gothic Ladybug over an hour ago and still it's not showing up in the Daz Install Manager.

    You used the button after you purchased that asked you if you wanted to download and install? Did it launch DIM?

    I did and hour after I purchased it, but the download failed; however, I just reopen dim again after purchasing two hours before and all items were ready to download. Everything is now good.
