Products not showing-up in DAZ

Hi,

I just bought several items which seem to not be properly installed in DS 4.7 Pro (on a Mac).

Arachnoid
I bought it in a bundle with Infiltrator.
Infiltrator can be loaded, but does not load its textures.
Arachnoid does not show-up at all in any menus...

The runtimes for both items are installed in the same folder:
(/Users/Shared/My DAZ 3D Library/Runtime/Libraries/Character)

Also, Mojito Dress textures do not appear either.
The model loads, but has no textures applied...

Am I doing something wrong ?
Should I re-install these manually ?

Can you post a screenshot of your Content Directory Manager with both "DAZ Studio Formats" and "Poser Formats" expanded? (F2 > Content Library > Content Directory Manager)

That looks right, what is the full path to the Infiltrator and Arachnid .cr2's?

Arachnoid does not show up in "Content Library > Poser Formats > My DAZ 3D Library > Figures > Elele > Arachnoid"?

"Infiltrator Rings.pz2" should show up with a scroll symbol in the upper left of the icon to indicate that there's a DS-format file.

Sorry I'm somewhat of a noob in DS.

Arachnoid does show-up in the Content Library in Poser format.
It didn't show-up in the 'smart content' library, which caused my confusion.
