[HELP : My keyboard shortcuts are gone ?!?] "Alt+Menu First Letter" works, but nothing else.

How do I turn Ctrl-Keyboard-Shorcuts on again?

    Window>Workspace has two options. You can use Select Layout to completely reset the interface, or you can open the Customise dialogue and use the Import button to reset just the Actions.
