Is there a way to transfer account info and buys from an old account to a new one

I am thinking of switching over accounts from an old one to this one. Main reason being, I don't have access to the email I signed up with anymore. I forgot the password, or it got closed from inactivity, or both. Is there a way I can have the old account stuff transferred over to this one? I tried switching over the email on the old one, but I am assuming the email confirmation that is being sent out, is the email I can no longer check.
