How do you dock to panes next to each other?

I somehow deleted everything in the "Lighting" Tab. I can get the Viewport back and i can get the Lights pane back but cant get them to dock side by side. They only dock up top and then it's stacked on top of one another instead of side by side. Is there a way to reset a single group and not all the tabs in the program? Is there a way to insert a divider of some sort?

    The dock area for the middle is across the top of the Viewport. There are essentially three columns acros the UI, left, centre, and right.

    Of course you could also just use Window>Workspace>Select Layout.

    Once you get a layout that works for you, then save it so that when things move or disapper again (and they will) you can just reload that layout again.
