Storybook Rabbit

I am taking a long, hard look at "Storybook Rabbit" for G8F. The promos are impressive, but try as I might, I can not see any credits for the cute clothing the rabbit is wearing, nor any way of contacting the vendor (it seems clear that the clothing, like this (attachment) is not included). Frustrating, since this might well be of interest to me for current work in progress. So what is the rabbit wearing in the promos?

Looks like PRZ White Tie, but I thought that came out quite a bit after the rabbit. Not sure about the top hat.
