Creating an Alien Nose

I'm wanting to create an alien nose for my character. I'm using Genesis 8.1F/Mei Lin 8. I'm a new user (almost a month now) and I hope to find an easy to use product. Does anyone have any suggestions for products in the Daz Store or Renderosity?
This is the nose I wish to create.

For a Bajoran you might want to try in https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/271156/star-trek-builders-unite-8-the-reboot#latest
I asked for help in finding one recently. The only one that was found was too old to work with Genesis 8.
I figured if someone knew how I could create one, I might have better success. And hopefully if more people saw my request, including non-Trek fans who've created alien faces in general, I'd have better luck.
Just threw together a hastily-made geograft. Here it is for now. I might refine it some more, but this was mostly just an experiment. It's UV mapped with the face surface, so you can just copy the face surface from your figure and paste it to the graft.
I did a little more experimenting, and I found that it's a little finicky about what skins you can use with it. Aulaire and Bridget both get super pink and outlined, and I haven't been able to figure out which setting is the culprit, but they look fine in Interactive mode.
I'm not sure how I'm supposed to do it. It shows up in my Anatomy folder, but when I try to load it, this happens.
Whoops, forgot about the geometry side of things. Try it now.
It's working. Thanks much. :)
There should be an award on the Daz Forums for random acts of kindness.
Happy to help.
Completely remade it. Now it has more ridges, is a better fit, and is less finicky about materials (although it does tend to make the ridges more pink regardless of the underlying texture). I also kept the surface labeled as "face", so you can apply face materials directly to it.
...looks pretty good however doesn' match the rest of the skin. Do you have Zevo's Skin Builder? That may help if it is part of the facial skin
I've been working on a race for one of my stories where near the bridge of the nose there are two "sensing pits" (similar to a second pair of smaller nostrils). Not sure how to create that as I cannot do sculpting since it requires a tablet and I have lost most pressure sensitivity in my hands
From an old sketch I did several decades ago so a bit rough (had to increase the size a bit).
Actually, it just looks like they didn't copy the face from the figure to the graft.
I only double-clicked the item in the Anatomy section.
I also noticed the mismatch and darkened it to match the skin. This is the current result.
...much better.
How do I fix the nose to remove the crack?
Theoretically, the graft should follow any morphs you add to the character, but I noticed that it hasn't been doing that. I'll do some troubleshooting and see if I can find the culprit.
Might be aftereffect of the weight transfer. Sickleyeid has a tutorial on dA how to set up the geografts for the new DAZ.
I'm only going to add that when you are transfering weights for a body graft then it's best to set offset to zero and the projection template to none. DAZ is going to copy weights from the body to the graft as they are.
My confusion mounted as I read half way through this thread before I realized you were looking for an Alien NOSe and not Alien NOISE as I had misread.... off to find my reading glasses and wishing you good luck.
Reviving this thread since I need new help with this. Everything has been working great with G8. But with G9, I'm unable to make the graft match the skin. How do I do this? I'm using one of the base skin materials for my G9 character.
Are you aware that Genesis 9 uses a PBR skin shader?
I used whatever shaders came with Genesis 9.
Specifically: G9 Feminine Skin 02 MAT

Thank you
