This probably isn't an error but https://www.daz3d.com/worlds-of-fantasy-medieval-house does not list Daz 4.15 as being compatible yet talks clearly about containing both Daz and poser versions. Can someone tell me if this can be made to work in Daz easily? Many thanks as I'd love to use it.
No problems there. It actually has a DS native version (.duf), so it will load directly. Many software compatibility and prerequisite fields have been lost or broken since the store change last November. The product Readme's in the Product Index pages have more accurate content information, like installation packages (Core, Legacy, Ps, etc).
great to know. Thanks for replying while it's still on sale. Maybe I shouldn't be using the Daz 4.15 filter all the time, it was only chance that I forgot to apply it and I stumbled across this item.
You know, the Daz marketing department is a jerk.
Anyone with common sense knows that 10 for $10 means you get all ten for $10 total.
But if you mean 10 for $10 EACH, you really ought to say so.
Please fix the wording if you don't plan to honor the deal as written.
Agreed. As it stands now, it's saying you get 10 items for $10 (or $5 for the jewellery). That is EXACTLY what it is saying.
They do that every time. It is never true. It is always "each" but they never say it.
Plus how to save up to 80% if you get an item with max price of $39.95 for $10. Strange math.
When I saw it I thought cool I can get 10 items for $10.. Then when I saw it was $10 each, I thought hang on the wording on the sales page said otherwise, a case of dubious advertising.. Because people are thinking that they can get 10 items for $10, when in actuality they are not..
Which has me wondering why is it so hard to say each, if that is the intended meaning of the advert..
Well, this Sunday is simply too expensive for me to shop.
Like the pirate topic. But besides hundres of DAZ bundles I own Valentino Pro, Sahira Pro, the Skull Island Bundle and the Walk the Plank Pirate bundle. And DAZ does obviously think that is not good enough for some extra discount on another high priced 7-items pirate bundle. Well, can wait then.
Fun findings:
1) It is quite hard to even get the Wolfgang High Seas Bundle in the cart. Could not find any direct link or icon on the promo page. So had to go via Wolfgang to even check the final price.
2) Adding to the bundle to cart brings already up a teaser for the Wolfgang scullywag bundle probably coming tomorrow
I wouldn't be surprised if it was some sort of marketing strategy. They get you excited over this great deal, make you look at these awesome items so you're reminded that you want them. Then "Surprise! The price is actually higher than what you expected. But you want them right?" And you tell yourself, well maybe I'll just buy a few...
Another bundle that doesn't show thumbnails for all the items in it, despite the listed items being correct below that. This has been happening a lot. (Edit: Seems to be an issue with Secluded living environment. It's going to an oops page.)
Yeah I hate when advertisers pull stuff like that..
So Daz agreed that the text wasn't clear and the $10 and $5 now have "each" added to them. Sorry for the confustion. The Bundle link at the top of the page is supposed to take you to the bundle and it's a different person that has to do that, so they might be able to fix it sooner or possibly later. For now, you can get to it by going through the thumbnail on the Wolfgang 8.1 product page.
It would be interesting when the next Pro Bundle should be released: because there were announced some discounts with some sales in the past weeks. But no new Pro Bundles, since weeks (months?).
I didn't know this till I saw this post. If it was posted before, I missed it. I'll report.

Communication can make a big difference in how your customers perceive you.
Especially in this situation - it's not just "another sale". This discount was part of a purchase - there's a strong case for reporting false advertising to the BBB if it's not honored.
Anyway, I made a support request, too, although I asked for a store credit for the price difference rather than a full refund. No reply yet, but the auto-confirmation showed current response time as 2-3 days (not counting the weekend), so no cause for pitchforks yet. Hoping to have good news Monday.
Well, Sunday shopping done:
"Completed" 5 bundles (with only one product left from all 5 together) for $1.90 to not have them show up anymore. Got the Carribean island with the environment coupon and the Chieftain Jewelry with the accessories coupon. Don't now why one can use those coupons for up to 10 products. At least the few wishlisted items I had open from that list would have had rather bad discounts buying them for $10/$5 each.

the deal allows me to get them for "only" $ 20.00?
Wow... that's... can't really say what, because it probably would get censored... just keep it at "probably one of the worst deals of the century".
You just need to buy whatever you want to buy with those $5 / $10 coupons separately.
Which is why, maikdecker, in my addled sleep-deprived brain (I have been up the last two nights streaming Olympic gymnastics live all through the night) I was thinking "Woo-hoo! I see ten items I would gladly take for a buck each!" I saw items that were already discounted way less than $10 before the coupon, so why would I think they were now $10 each with the coupon?
Sigh....and cart dump. Gymnastics is over, I'm going to go catch a few zzzzzzzzzz.

I filed for a request for the 2 duplicate add-ons with the Mega Bundle, and filed it on Friday, actually BEFORE Daz opened its doors in Utah. And @Cris Palomino contacted them with the issue just after I posted here. The request for refund contains references to the posts here and in the Commons where I documented everything with screenshots. I filed those in the Refund Support request. And so far it hasn't been looked at by anyone at Daz, and I assume it won't be resolved until August at this rate.
But, Daz has always been good at fixing their mess-ups, and handling refunds, especially since I have a very good purchase record with Daz3D, and am a Former Daz PA.
I'll keep checking on my Support Ticket see attachment.

RE: the 10 items for $10.00 when I saw that I got 10 items for $100.00 I wiped out my cart and said "screw it" and no way would I buy anything. I read English very well and know my grammar, and it was advertised on the page as 10 items for $10.00 and 5 items for $5.00 from the two selected sections. And no go, not even with the added coupon code to change the price to $10 for 10 items, etc.
I'm sorry but this really was bad form. And not a good way to keep customers, happy folks.
Another thing that really upset me was there was NO SHARK BUNDLE, 4 items that cost over $59.00 together (with over $22.00 for two Ensary Pose packs with only 20 poses in each) Sorry NO.
The normal way Daz did the 2nd release in the past was to see if we bought the massive bundles before that, and give us at least 20% off for a BUNDLE with the 4 items inside, and that did not happen.
I ended up skipping the pose packs, as I wanted to keep the $22.00, and am still waiting on Daz to refund me $18.93 for their screw-up with the HD Add-On and Texture pack to get the $1.00 deal on a character.
For those of us who are on a limited income and have to penny-pinch and try to buy the cool Daz stuff, getting misled isn't fun at all, and results in the cart being emptied for me.
Way to go Daz Marketing.

The coupons are designed to lock the price, previously Daz lost money with the unplanned accumulated discounts (for example 30% off added to 50% off which caused a 65% off discount).
Now the price is never lower than the coupon discount.
Friday was a holiday at Daz. Pioneer Day so noone was in office.
For a few months there, the store would change over at 12 midnight Daz time on the dot. Then it started slipping to one or two minutes. The other day it got up to five minutes late. Tonight it didn't change over until 21:09. Not a huge amount of time to wait, but it's the growing gap that bothers me. I hope there's not a growing issue.
