That was removed, yes - it was too new for inclusion in such an offer. I'm not aware that anything else was removed
At the time it was true that there was only a single opt-out - I imagine that it was the feedback then that led to these emails having a separate opt-out.
That I can understand.
What I can't understand is... Being blamed for the original error and being emailed when I asked not to be emailed. Someone should have taken that into consideration when the latest mailing list was created.
Not it was removed as it's too new.
Daz has yet to fix the incorrect items showing in the PC For a Day carousel on the sale page.
5€ coupon AFTER I bought the eclipse bundle??? Come on...
My coupon code for $5.00 specifically said for the Eclipse Sci-Fi bundle but then on the bottom it said for the bundle released on 6/16. They got the date wrong but at least the coupon worked and I got several $1.99 items that were in my wishlist. All in all, today was the best day of the sale for me,
Never saw that one in there, would be interested. Can it be restored?
Once again, my monthly PA coupon is being rejected for an unknown reason. Getting it resolved through support before a given sale ends seems like an impossibilty nowadays so I'm left contemplating whether it's worth even trying to place an order. Normally a PC sale has me glued to my browser each day but I've spent almost nothing this time around and I'm not really feeling the value PC+ once held for me.
Is anyone able to spot why the PA coupon wouldn't work for this cart?
There were actually two tutorials in there today. I'm lucky to have bought both before they vanished.
But I wonder why they are sold in the first place? Surely it would be a worthwhile investment for Daz to fund themselves and offer for free to users. The more we learn about how to use Daz, the more we will use it, and the more we will buy. (I've only watched the first hour of one but I immediately jumped to the store and bought the Kindred Arts Light Probe set as a direct result of watching).
PC+ for a day items are undiscountable, as fast grab items. But they count toward the $18 minimal amount of PA coupon. Try to add a "normal" qualifying item over $6 to see if the coupon works. It did for me.
I could go along with that if there was wording anywhere which indicated that "PC+ for A Day" sales are excluded from the coupon. The "FastGrab" sale is an entirely different category and there is no indication that this sale is a "FastGrab" sale. Per the coupon:
"$6 off $18 on Daz, PC, and PA items. Excludes new releases, gift cards, FastGrab, and memberships."
If counted as PC: coupon is valid
If counted as PA: coupon is valid
If this sale is a FastGrab sale, then wording should be added to indicate such or that coupons cannot be applied.
EDIT: I appreciate that feedback as to helping determine why this isn't working. My ire is directed at Daz for creating such complicated sales tactics which have become increasingly cumbersome and prone to cart failures. In the past, I dealt with it because the issues were quickly and painlessly resolved by a flexible support policy. Now that they've tightened how their support works, I'm getting really irked when they fail to live up to their own terms.
Agree. Last year i think it was clearly stated that coupons would not discount PCFAD or anniversay bundles nor BYOB bundles, don't know why they didn't add the warning this time.
There's no readme for Eclipse: Sci-fi Environment.
But who knows with Daz. The text of the message has changed several times today.
Was too new to be included, so no, can't be restored.
Will report.
Build your own rockstar bundle in cart; coupon code for $5 off Not valid...
Were we supposed to be able to use it today or not?
Edit: I did not use the code yesterday, so that isn't the problem (I only got the banner AFTER I bought yesterday's bundle)
I just used it and it worked.
The $5 code for the Band bundle worked for me. (Sitting in my cart at $3.24 after all my discounts? Craziness, but I have a lot of stacking discounts on this one.)
Tried again. No typos, no spaces, no luck. Not working.
Waiting for the store to settle before getting https://www.daz3d.com/build-your-own-band-bundle as it is showing https://www.daz3d.com/stage-props as part of the bundle.. The thing is that It is not showing in one part of the page as being a part of the bundle, but in the in another part it is and right now https://www.daz3d.com/stage-props leads to an oops page..
Stage Props is going to OOPS page. It's also missing from the Build Your Own Band Bundle; since the promo for it is included in the bundle promos, I'm guessing it should be there.
Enquiring
This is not quite right:
(On the main store page.)
I'm showing 30% off on all pages.
I'm seeing the --2% weirdness as well on the main and sale page, but on the product page it's fine. Thanks for sorting the stage props, didn't want to place the order and have to deal with it later.
I have tried two browsers and two devices and all is fine there.
Edit: Also two different accounts (I have mine and a daz account for testing) and one where I wasn't logged in.
Coupon still not working - bundle dumped.
Can I complain that the discounts the last few days are too good?
I spend too much money on the PC+ items for a day, and I even bought the Stonemason bundle, although it includes Genesis 8.1 assets that I cannot use (still on 4.14 and will stay there).
