The spotlight item now switches to 3.84 in my cart, which is good, but I don't know if that's the intended price yet ...? On the sales page, prices are still without discounts.

So the banner shows $29.95, the store page shows as $20.97 for me - and then it's $16.47 in the cart ... so there's a double-layer of 'are you sure you want to buy this?' security.

And yeah, the extra 15% off for PC+ with 2 or more debut items still isn't working either (first day in a while I'm tempted to jump on 2 debuts as well - hopefully it'll all be working when I wake up).
Something else that might be helpful to know for fixing things: When I put the spotlight item https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-voila-hair-for-genesis-8-81-and-3-females in my wishlist, it moves itself to the very bottom, as if it was the oldest item on there, when in fact it should be the newest. Maybe there's something wrong with it generally? Just so you guys know.
What's the point of calling it "BYOB 1 + BYOB 2" (as shown on the main PC+ sale page) when it doesn't actually include the combined selections of items?
I'm still only getting 30% on Debut new releases. Will this please be fixed?
No new items today?
Could we please have the sale fixed. I'm not seeing or getting the advertised prices.

The newest item in the main shop ( https://www.daz3d.com/shop/ ) is from yesterday.
On the main page for today the prices for new items are full price, and I signed out and back in, still full price. Came here to see what was up. Went back and added two items I wanted to the cart and saw the basic 30% off, but not the advertised extra discounts, 10% and 15% off. And I am a PC+ member. See attached.
I realize it is Saturday, and here in Denver and of over in Salt Lake City it is just after 4am MDT it may take a bit to fix this but one can hope.

Please note that we have reported the issues, but they may not be fixed till the a.m., Daz time.
Here in the UK that will then be evening. Do you really consider this to be exceptable. Advertised prices not availble for hours and hours after the advertisment goes up.
In adddition to the above the items in the PC+ for a Day appear to have been updated on the sale summary page (several I don't own showing on the scroll bar), however, when I click on the SHOP NOW button none of these items show, it appears to be yesterdays items only.
Also experiencing failure of discounts for 2 or more, and for PC Member for debut new releases (as per Charlie Judge above). The debut new release discount is applying in cart but does not appear on sales page.

I was cart experimenting, added a Stonemason 50% off and it went to full price. Urban Sprawls 3 I think. I don't need it, just cart testing and noticed it.
To add to what Haruchai mentioned above, not only does the PC+ For A Day carousel show items which are not 1.99 and do not appear on the actual PCFAD page, but when I tried to add one of them to my cart (the selfie pose item) it doesn't show as 1.99 and doesn't even show the normal discount for that item (50% off currently). Instead for some bizarre reason it was added at full price.
I'm logged in and refreshed several times. No change.
Shop "update" at DAZ time midnight = asking for problems, as nobody (who could do something when the usual problems occur) is at the office... but that's probable one of those "we did it always like this..." things..
And it shows clearly that the "Shop Software Update" can't any human based problems...
Seems someone gave the shop server a decent kick in the ....hardware.
Can I ask a general question to the Mods on here please? I've been here for 3 years and never had to ask for a refund.
I have a problem with the Noskia Mega Bundle and I have been told I can't be helped by support (took 5 days to be told I can not add an interactive licence on the bundle and will need to pay $1000 for those individualy on items in the bundle).
If I request a refund (as I have) will I get the refund? There were perks to the whole order, so the whole order would have to be refunded.
I only ask as I have the $60 coupon from the order and if I will not be allowed a refund I don't want to waste it (as it expires Monday)
I'm not sure how a situation like that would be handled - I imagine you would get a refund, but they might adjust it to relfect anyextra discounts you received by virtue of buying the bundle. I would doubt they'd want to leave the coupon, but it depends on how much trouble it would be to sort if all out. Sorry not to be able to give a definite answer either way.
You do have 30 days for a refund. I would include the information about the coupon since a refund will most definitely not happen till business time. During big sales like these, there can be longer delays.
both "Gou Luk Bundle" and "FE Long Hair Vol 01 for Genesis 8 Female" in my wishlist are at the top of "low to high" sorting despite not being on sale, and when I try to click on them it sends me to a 404
I can't find either of those in the store. Do you have links for them?
