    I don't think this is misleading, intentionally or otherwise. They were left with a fractional discount: 15% + an additional 10% (meaning 10% of the remaining 85%, or 8.5%) = 23.5%.  For advertising purposes they rounded up to 24%. Not unreasonable. They told you exactly how the discount was derived. I have seen others comment on unexpected rounding in their purchases, which I can't comment on. But in this case nothing appeared to be  hidden or disguised with the intent to deceive.

    Have to agree here, this is being pedantic. The stacking of discounts is informed.

    It's not the stacking of discounts.
    It's the claim, they are claiming "24% off" when it is totally impossible to achieve 24% off.
    Say "Get over 23% off a Gift Card" and you can use the exact same maths and put a truthful statement on the website.

     

    Actually, the exact wording is "UP TO 24% off", which means that is the ceiling, not the average.

    This is a cool update to the Daz Shopping Cart...

    I have items from the current FLASH SALE and the shopping CART page is now giving me a warning of how many minutes left until the flash sale EXPIRES.

    The warning might not kick in until about an hour before the offer expires. There is different flash sale on now, expires about 2 hours from now (if my DAZ time zone math is right). I got the last one giving the 5 pm expiry time as well. I had just signed on, and noticed the FLASH SALE, started loading and checked balance in the cart and got notified I had 45 minutes left. I'm actually curious to see if this current FLASH SALE will do the same thing.

    I don't get it either in Firefox on Window 10 (the only place I've looked). Maybe it is part of their experimentation where different people see different cart features. Recently some people lost the Clear Cart button; others still had it.

     It's not the first time this has happened to the store either. I'm mostly lurking the forums and such these days, but I felt that this was enough of a problem for me to speak up on because it's directly affecting my ability to find products to buy.

    Like, quite literally, I want to give them my money but I can't because of this issue.

    I didn't see it earlier when there was more time left; but now I see it. It looks like it kicks in when there is less than hour left. Nice feature. Thanks DAZ

    Wow, I can get the items I didn't want at 1.99 for just 3.50 if I get the bundle. How can I resist!

    On a serious note, the Pablo add-ons and the other debuts are in the wrong sections.

    I think 2 of the 3 weekly freebies are wrong?  The Seagrass and Megapack 2 are from last week.

    Oh strange, I don't see the Fashion Pose set, I see some new Perfume Bottles as the first free item.  Are you seeing the Seagrass and Megapack 2 as well, or something different?

    Reporting, although you do get a higher discount with the two Pable add-ons in your cart.

    Probably not. Jack said the temple was supposed to be the monthly freebie.

    A LOT of the "Selected Fantastic Items" are also in the $1.99 PC For a day sale. You can see the $1.99 prices when you go into the Selected Items Sale page. Was that intended?

    I got a banner for Pablo 8.1 that dropped the price to 30.58. I added my PlatClub discount and it only takes $5 off (25.48). Pablo is the only thing in the cart, as it goes even more weird with more items!

    The Vintage Perfume bottles are new today. The seagrass underwater meadows and the Mega Pack 02 were there on 6th October. If the Vintage Perfume bottles are new today, shouldn't the other two be new ones today also? There has been three new ones since sale started, which is why people are enquiring.
