Need some information on this outfit, plz

Ok, so I'm pretty sure the dress is https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-rochelle-gown-for-genesis-8-females and the neck item is from Aeon Soul. But what item does that belt belong to? I've looked, can't find anything like it. If anyone knows, thanks in advance. The only thing I can find that comes close is the belt off the old Morphing gown/robe for V3.

    OMG I knew the neck piece right away without even double checking where it came from, I just knew it had AS' signature design on it. But obviously I  missed the belt, I even have that outfit to, whoops. I pulled up the Legend thinking it had a belt. Thanks for answering and saving a little bit of my sanity :)

    The pattern and padding had tipped me off, but the belt shape wasn't clearly readable in the image, so I actually had to double check myself ;)!
