Winter Forest HDRI not in Smart Content or Content Library

I have downloaded https://www.daz3d.com/winter-forest-hdri (twice) using DIM but it does not appear in either Smart Content or Content Library. It's listed in Daz Central with an OPEN button but this only leads to an error message. (Resource error. Could not find the 72103 Product")

If I uninstall it and then install it using Daz Central it gives the same error. on opening.

I notice that my other HDRIs from this PA are in a folder called JDA_HDRI but this one is in JDA HDRI. 

Any ideas what to do next?

    I've downloaded it via DIM. I don't use Smart Content, so I can't help you there. But it does appear in the library under "Render Presets". If I remember correctly, there are two files that need to be downloaded, so make sure you've got them both.

    Thank you! I've found it there!

    Curiously searching the library for "Forest" "Winter Forest" "Winter" all failed to find it.

    If the PA reads this, there is an issue with the Smart Content!  ("The chosen product does not provide categories which are required for navigation in the Smart Content Pane")

     

    EDIT

    Hmm - but when I try to open any HDRIs I get a missing texture error. It does look like I'm missing something - But I have downloaded all the files...

    EDIT 2 - Reinstalled - again - and it's working now! Still no Smart Content.

    You'll have to file a ticket for that. Daz3d creates the metadata for our products, so the vendor won't be able to help.

    Glad you at least found the product so you can use it, :)

    I couldn't find it also even after looking at the Readme and searching by keywords and by product name. Thus, here I am. I'm happy to say I did find it after reading the comments and directions here. I own many of the vendor's products and they seem to be spread out all over the place. It doesn't help to have my content on more than one drive because it no longer fits on just one. I spend too much!!!! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction folks!

    The JDA HDRI are all funkily placed in the directories. Either the PA can't decide where this stuff goes, or the store's editing process is broken, or both. They appear everywhere.

    In this case, go to:  Render Presets\JDA HDRI\Winter Forest HDRI  and create a product. It is easier than waiting for QA to take a stab a figuring it out.

    If I sound jaded, I am. I've gone a few rounds over the JDA HDRI. I really like them, but I loathe the lack of quality control when it comes to figuring out what directory to stash theme in.
