Texture keeps flickering during animation

Hi!

I'm trying to render an animation using a set of armour (https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-morphing-fantasy-armor-genesis-8-male if it helps), but the texture of it keeps flickering back and forth between frames, which looks terrible.

Ignore the upper right corner, it's the middle part I'm concerned about.

So far I've tried increasing and decreasing every attribute in the surfaces tab (including hidden ones) as well as locking every shaping attribute, so it shouldn't be changing shapes in any way. None of this made any notable difference.
I've been struggling with this for countless hours and I'm finally giving up and asking for help, so if anyone has any idea I'd appreciate it.

Hard to tell.  Sometimes when two meshes occupy the exact same location, like two identical planes/duplicated planes, you can get odd results.

As far I know from VUE and 3d Max era , Flickering in animation  happen because we have same sharp image in every frame .You need to use motion blur . Try using motion blur from your video editor and see if you can minimize your flickering problem  without re-render

If 2 objects are the same and overlap this can cause an issue. Having smoothing modifiers have caused flickering for me on occassion as well. Having way too much specular going can cause it as well. Trial and error.
