image sizes

Is there a bytes or dimensions limit on these threads? I know that some forums have limits. Thanks.

    To my knowledge, there is no image size limit, but a file size limit at 400 MB.

    pixel size limit 2000 x 2000 kb size limit is very generous at 9999KB
    If you upload the permitted maximum 5 images per post that means each can be almost 2000kb.

    However do remember that many have less than optimum Broadband and too many too large images can slow the forums right down for some people.

    Aye, if there is only one image attached to a post. I have only seen anywhere near that size happen when someone has uploaded a animated image to be fair, most people are pretty good at keeping the sizes reasonable, for easier browsing.
