How to light entire scene? (without a source)

Assuming I don't want to use spots, don't care about shadows and simply just want everything to be lighted. How would I be able to achieve this effect properly?

I know that you can use environment intensity to make light brighter, but this still only affects light that comes from an actual source in the scene.

Any kind of product that also gives me 360 lighting would be fine. I just don't want to go through the hassle of managing the source of the light to the scene if possible.

Use an HDRI that you like, or even just a plain white image as an HDRI (which will be perfectly even) through the Editor tab of Render Settings.
