Le Masque stopped working

Hello all,

I first ordered this accessory weeks ago. I was able to get it to work one time in the picture attached. Other than that, every time I try to use it, nothing happens. I have restarted Daz and my computer several times since then. This continues to be a problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have V4 selected in the Scene pane when you try to apply it? Have you looked in the Log file in Help > Troubleshooting > View Log File to see if there are any errors in there?

Can you go through the steps you are using to apply this please?

I am super new to Daz. I just either double click on the masque, or I try to drag it onto her face. That worked the first time.

When I look up my log file, I am greeted with a seemingly never ending stream of gobbledygook. I have no idea what any of this stuff means! :(

It looks like DAZ Studio cannot find the Masque and Morphs++ files in your Runtime folder.

It is looking in C:/Users/Public/Documents/My DAZ 3D Library which is where DIM (DAZ Install Manager) installs content by default.

Have you recently moved any files on your drive? The Masque and the Morphs++ files need to be installed into the same Runtime folder as V4 is installed to. Did you install V4 using DIM, and did you install it to the same folder 'My DAZ 3D Library'

Can you check in Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager to make sure that the path to your content is listed as BOTH DAZ Studio Formats AND Poser Formats for My DAZ 3D Library.
