Flipmode "Easy Environments" iRay

I'd like to use Flipmode's Easy Enviroment sets with iRay, but even if I convert everything to iRay it still renders black. Any idea what I need to remove from the scene please? Thanks.

Does it have a skydome?
It has a SkyBox (SB). Can I use the materials from the box without using the box?
Depends on how the materials are set up, I suppose, but presently the skybox is probably blocking all your light. Try hiding it and render again.
Yeah, I figured. I'll have to see if I can use the textures because it looks kinda flat without them. Thanks.
With some old style skydomes, sometimes I create an opacity map where the back end is 100% transparent.
The goal is to preserve the dome in the direction of your camera, but cut out the back end of the dome (out of the camera's eye) to let in the HDRI and/or Distant Light.
Not sure how that one is set up & whether or not you can create an opacity map for it, however.
(EDIT: Ugh, I mean transparent, not translucent. Insufficient coffee at the time.)
Ooh, that sounds like a novel solution. It might even work if I do that to the bottom pane. I'm going to experiment. Thank you for the suggestion!

I was just coming here to post that as the solution I found! Thank you!
Only noticed this thread just now...
Glad you guys found the "tutorial" link, I hope it helped. :)
