Connect, Meta Data and the General Sorry State of Affairs
Over the last year I've opened multiple support tickets for incorrect meta data (mostly things for males, even actual Named Releases, being categorized for the wrong gender). The overwhelmingly constant answer has been: its not me, its you.
I'm on my third reinstall. That's right: third. Mostly because I've tried to appease support and prove the problem is not something inherent in my DB or from my user created meta data, but also because I swore off Connect last year when that went south (and has it ever really recovered? Nope). Now I'm trying to go back to Connect for most things and I am finding things that simply won't install...some that flat out just say: Failed immediately.
There's supposed to be integration between DIM and Connect, but the filters are staggeringly bad. Try using the Connect Installed or Not Connect Available filters.
Why do these things not get any actual attention? Am I really all alone in actually using Smart Content? Because largely no one seems to care if its broken. Sending out a product with all the wardrobe under: Saved Files? Is that really QC? Or something anyone wants to look at?
You are driving this customer away. I can't be the only one.

You are not alone. I have over 300 products that have broken texture resources, and others have reported large numbers as well. There's a thread on it: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/408751/dazconnect-corrupted-downloads
The problem has been extant for over a year, with no resolution. It's particularly egregious, as replacing the broken textures with the correct textures from the original PA package, and can be done with a relatively simple script. Doing that on our end, however, will just result in Connect re-breaking the products.
