Multi camera rendering

I have looked for info on rendering from multiple cams in a scene but haven't found the info I'm looking for, so I pose this question:
Is there a way to render a scene from 2+ cameras at the same time? Basically I'm wanting to render 2 separate without having to click render and wait for it to finish and then switch view to the second cam and click render again.

    You´ll have to save every camview seperate
    but after that you can batchrender them.

    Thats the only way I know
