Support Ignore My Replies - Are They Still There?

I have what seems like a simple product error which I logged a support request about in early May. I have received two responses, both of which I replied to within 24 hours. Since the 20th May I have had no response to the request despite chasing it multiple times.
I understand support have been a bit busy of late but surely one would expect a response within a couple of days at the most rather than hearing nothing after over a month?
If I behaved like that in my job I would be given the boot!
Is anyone else experiencing such poor responses to support requests?

Did one of the replies say the issue had been added to the bug tracker or the like?
It's recognised that the DAZ technical support team takes a while to respond. I think he has long lunches.
if a customer sends a ticket its a gift for the company because its not the customers work to do
ignoring this is not nice behavior
for me sending tickets is annoying
i just give back the product
