Aiko4 Load Error

When loading Aiko4 (so that i can then load AikoToon4), I get the attached error.
Can anyone explain the cause of this error?

You need to run the /Runtime/Libraries/!DAZ/DzExPCreateFiles-v4.bat file, or install the Power Loader files for Victoria 4 (and, ideally, for the morph expansions).
Ok. Thought i did that. I originally had a V4 EZ in my library (which i thought was the V4 base), now i have that one and a V4 and the Aiko4 morphs load fine now.
Weird.
