Double Charge for same 3 products

It used to be easy to find customer service help in the user profile and order info. I can't find how to deal with a double charge. Help, just leads me through the knowledge base.
Update: I found out how to submit a ticket.

That happens only when you blindly click through without looking at it.
It tells you to scroll down to look at the FAQ. The FAQ that has not only the link to the ticket submission below it but also in the answers itself.
And even the knowledge base again has the link to submit your ticket not only at the top and bottom of the page but also in the answer of how to request a refund.
Yes, thank you, as stated above in my update. I found by scrolling through how to submit a ticket. LOL, bolded it just now. And I suppose the difference is it used to be accessible through the customer account profile without having to go on a hunt through the help, but alas progress marches on...
