Items and their icons missing from Content Library

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me out with an issue of my recent purchases, particularly Diana and Jones, Space Hunter and Industrial Walls, among others, not appearing in my Content Library as icons.

I have to search for each of them individually via Daz Library, something that has not had to be done before, and I am wondering if I have clicked something, or done something to the download files.

My last two orders contained space hunter and the other diana and jones, and now almost everything is not showing up in the Content Library window.

Any help greatly appreciated, but I am not too familiar with technical terms, so please be gentle.

I will attach some screen shots, to show the process.

I do not wish to purchase any more items, as each purchase seems to do the same thing and not show up icons in Content library as they once did. Help greatly appreciated~

Off to the left of the image is the diana and jones as a product, on the right is Industrial Wall Shaders, neither item shows up in Content Library, same goes for Space Hunter, Ayla hair and other items.

It's really weird, and uninstalling and reinstalling them doesn't help either.

You need to update the Smart Content database, even though you are in the Content Library pane you looking in Products which is managed by the database (as is Categories).

To do this, lick the options menu (the rectangle with horizontal lines in the upper corner) of the Content Library pane and choose "Content DB Maintenance > Re-Import Metadata".

Thank you both so much! All files are now working and operating as they should thus far.

Greatly appreciate your help and fast responses!

I would suggest not doing this on a mains-powered device.

Not sure what you mean by that?

Licking something hat's plugged into mains electricity may not be wise - the guy with a reinforced girder in his eye was pointing out the mote in Mike's.

    Haha, I missed that typo!

Shocking way to go, though it might be a bit of a buzz.

Something's hat that is plugged into the main electricity? Do hats often need plugging in :P ;)

Interestingly enough, my initial question had been answered, but I forgot to ask, what would cause this to happen?

This is the first time I have had that happen with files not showing up. Is it simply a bugged download, or is it something I might have clicked? Or just a gremlin in the system?

Having Studio running why installing content with DIM is a sure fired way to bork the database. The 'Post Squirrelly' CMS (Content Management System) usually just messesor misses the data for content being installed at the time whereas the old 'Valley of Death' CMS would completely destroy the database.

That's why I never operate the program while updating. It's good to know this, but in my case wasn't the reason for me.

With any program (since I lost a huge amount of work in Corel Painter 11) is always updated and patched BEFORE using it each day.

Would there be anything else causing the issue?
