Dforce - Error initializing opencl kernels

Hi everyone,

I'm currently using a AMD 5700xt. I recently updated to the latest GPU drivers and it seems AMD has changed the GPU ID to read "GFX1010 :xnack". When dforce tries to compile the kernels needed for simulation I'm meet with the Error Initializing OpenCL kernels". Any fellow AMD users found a solution to this other than downgrading the drivers? I've tried several of the latest drivers after 21.3.2 and dforce still has the same issue.

Thanks guys!

  • I am having the exact same issue.  I would love to hear a response.   With the amount of money I put throught the Daz store, I would expect at least a little customer service, or at least the resources to find my own answers.

Same problem. I wanted to start using dforce but it seem broken on my computer. On the simulation settings. I checked the "advanced" tab. I only have one option it says -OpenCl Device: AMD Accelerated Parallel Processing gfx1031. I run dforce simulation in about 5-6 sec. I get "Error Initializing OpenCL kernels". Any help will be appreciated. Here are my computer specs, everything is uptodate:

    Windows 10 (64 bit) Primary Display Resolution: 3840 x 2160
    AMD Custom Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor At 3.4Ghz
Radeon RX 6700 XT Graphics 12Gb Memory: RAM 24Gb

I have somewhat the same problem.

I have a female character sitting on a chair. I need her dress to not poke through the chair.

I'm trying the dForce simulator but for some reason I'm getting an error message.

    error inilizing CL kernals.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.
