I'm looking for assets that would assist in making Game of Thrones-type images. Not necessarily likenesses of the characters but more the look of the locations and costumes. Preferably for Genesis 8. Any help would be appreciated!

Maybe more specific than this? Any "Fantasy" environment can be made "Game of Thrones"... but do you want King's Landing? Winterfell? Danaerys' interminable wandering in Essos? And for what purpose? Wandering around and talking? Searching for where whores go?

The outfits are fairly generic fantasy. Anything Fantasy would do with the right banners and attitude.
Finding a good copycat uniform for Lannister footsoldiers might be tough, but that wasn't the ask.

You might want more ornate ("Elven" in Daz store) for King's Landing... Elven outfits for the nobles, Elven ornate armor for things like the Kingsguard, etc.

There's some Lioness/Lionela or something dress, clearly a Cersei Lannister thing, but goes back to V4 or whatever. I can't find it, maybe Search is messed up.

IIRC, a while back a PA posted characters clearly modeled after GoT actors, and when Daz found out they scrubbed them all due to copyright concerns. So I'm not sure you'll find anything too similar here.

Isn't there still a character that is a dead ringer for an actor on "The Walking Dead" in the store, also the actress that was the immortal girl on "Dr. Who"?

Yep.  He'd also be a good fit for Game of Thrones too - something Night's Watch about him.
