Genesis 8 male pose on genesis 3 male

How do you do it?

Out of the box the arms look not right if I apply a genesis 8 male pose on a genesis 3 male.

I could only find a pose converter from genesis 8 female to genesis 3 female.

Is there a way to get the pose applied right?

If it's a freebie, try the female one. It probably works on males too.

The arms look wrong because G8 starts with an A-pose rather than G3's T-pose.

I have done a few pose transfer scripts (14 at last count, mostly generation 3 & 4 to/from generation 7 & 8) and the one that may be of interest will allow the use of M4 poses on G3M, it's here: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/451536/m4-h4-f4-g3m-bi-directional-pose-transfer. Hope it allows you to extend the range of available poses you can use.
