Does anyone know if a "bad complexio" body texture for G8M is available anywhere? Like what a teen boy would have?

I'm not sure if the blemishes are separate from the scars, but you might want to take a look at:

Ideally, something like Skin Builder would be a great solution.  If there was a G8M version.
