About UberSpots

If I use an UberSpot, the figure looks good but the spot (even without any shadow turned on) makes it too dark. How do I get around that? I tried turning the spot up to 200%, but that does no good. Sometimes I'll use the UberSpot as an add-on to one of Lantios Lights. Same thing happens. To take away some of that darkness, I'll add a regular D|S spot. But there must be another way to do this.
